Patient visit registering procedure

1. Dear patient, thank you for choosing SIA We care dental services. In order for our cooperation to be of high quality, we suggest that you familiarize yourself with the procedure for registering visits.

2. We care recommends that you choose the date and time of your visit carefully and try not to cancel your scheduled appointment.


3. Dental services booking:


3.1. The patient can contact the We care dental clinic using the contact details (phone, e-mail, social media messengers) posted on the wecare.lv website or in person. When booking a visit, the Patient must indicate the desired date, time, full name and phone number (or other communication channel), as well as select the service of interest


3.2. Patient data is processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.


3.3. One day before the visit (on business days) We care sends the Patient a reminder in the form of an SMS message indicating the day and time of the visit, with a request to "confirm" or "reject" the visit. If We care does not receive a response from the Patient by 12:00 pm (the day before the visit), We care attempts to contact the Patient by telephone.

3.4. In cases where the Patient has not sent a text message with "Confirmation" and cannot be contacted in any other way, We care has the right to cancel the visit by sending the Patient an informative text message.


3.5. Upon arrival at the appointment, the Patient MUST present an identity document, and the accompanying person - a power of attorney.


4. Cancellation of the visit


4.1. We care has the right to cancel the booking at any time and/or offer an alternative (different time/date of the visit).


4.2. In cases where We care cancels or reschedules a visit 2 times in a row, the Patient can get a 5-10% discount for the next visit (the specific discount is determined by We care).

4.3. In cases where the visit is canceled or rescheduled at the initiative of the Patient twice in a row, or in cases where the Patient does not come to the visit, We care has the right to request an advance payment for the next service by billing the Patient.
