We cure and prevent the development of caries of any stage
This is a treatment procedure for the treatment of teeth damaged by caries, in the process if which the damaged part of the tooth is filled with a special filling material. In simple words, caries is a well-known tooth hole that needs to be treated right at an early stage of development.
Caries and its causes
Tooth damage typically occurs in places where plaque collects - a mixture of chewed food, saliva and microorganisms. Since the alkaline environment in the mouth becomes acidic in the process of eating, interacting with food debris the microorganisms cause acid destruction of tooth enamel, forming the holes. Caries has several stages: initial, superficial, medium, deep and chronic.
Dental treatment
Treating caries at an early stage requires improved oral hygiene and brushing with fluoride toothpaste. At further stages, the development of caries is treated only by endodontics. In partnership with the National Health Service, WeCare Dentistry provides free dental care to children under 18 as part of a government program.
Modern dentistry WeCare will help you to keep your teeth even in the case of a deep stage of caries

Frequently asked questions
-
What to do when caries has damaged more than 50% of the tooth?
In cases where a tooth has lost more than 50% of its tissues, or has lost contact with an adjacent tooth through its own tissues, we recommend the use of dental onlays or crowns. Dental onley is a laboratory-made ceramic filling that is stronger than composite material and does not shrink as a result of polymerization, which is a common cause of tooth fractures, see Aesthetic Dentistry or Prosthetics for more details.
-
What material is commonly used for a filling?
The filling material is used individually in each clinical situation, the widely used material for coating tooth surfaces is composite.
-
What rules to follow after the procedure?
After filling the tooth, it is not recommended to eat for about 2 hours while the anesthesia is in effect. A preventive visit to the dentist should be done regularly once a year, but if the caries was deep and there is a risk of nerve damage, we recommend that you undergo a dental health check once every six months.

How to determine the stage of caries?
The initial degree of caries: the hard surface of the tooth is affected - often the patient has no complaints, but if treatment is not started in a timely manner, this can lead to the serious tooth damage. In order to detect and prevent the development of caries in time, it is necessary to visit the dentist regularly. Medium degree of caries: tooth enamel is destroyed - the patient experiences severe pain and sensitivity to hot, cold, sweet or salty foods. Deep degree of caries: infection reaches the dental nerve - if the tooth is not treated in a timely manner, caries penetrates into the layer of the jawbone under the hard tooth root (complicated caries). It is at this stage that acute pain can sease, and caries becomes chronic. In such a situation, it is necessary to carry out endodontics (cleaning the tooth canal).
